Pet policy: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
Weight limit: 85lbs.
All pets must be approved.
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.
All applicants are required to complete a pet application through PetScreening, our trusted third-party pet screening service.
